UPDATE 5/22/19: The Service Manager called me soon after I left the review and asked me to come in to take a test drive with him. I did so this morning and within an hour they admitted to and fixed the unbalanced tires, and within the timeframe I requested and was promised. I will admit that I had not intended to leave a review at all had it not been for the text message I received asking me to leave one. I do believe this is good follow-up customer service and hope they continue to use it. Immediate and easy access to provide feedback is a good way to resolve any issues but also to build a solid reputation. Typically, I do not have issues with this dealership and the only reason I didn’t give an updated 5 rating is because the issue happened in the first place. On a side note, I do not know the intricacies of car maintenance at a dealership but experience (not only mine) shows that estimated completion times are significantly longer than an “estimate” predicts. It would be nice if a service center would improve this process by providing more realistic time estimates or fine tuning the process to minimize the wait times. I would rather someone be upfront or provide an accurate status update than make a promise (because people only hear what they want to hear) they can’t keep. ——————————Bought a new set of tires, alignment and balance completed, and my wheel was vibrating afterwards. Tony told me to come in first thing on 5/14 and when I arrived he stated it would get in to be serviced right away. After two hours he told me it would be 10 min and that they were putting the tires back on and taking it for a test drive. 40 minutes later I finally received my car. I let Tony know I wasn’t happy. He told me that he knew and that they wanted to make sure it was done right this time and that the mechanic wasn’t even getting paid for his time (how is that comforting?). He did agree to a free oil change That I asked for, although this was all a verbal exchange. In the end, it wasn’t fixed and the wheel still vibrates to this day (5/20). I’m not sure if there is a break-in period or what for new tires but I won’t be getting my car serviced there anymore unless this is rectified or someone helps me to better understand why my wheel still shakes at high speeds after 2 balances.

Went here to pick up a vehicle for my employer that was being repaired,covered under warranty,along with some recall issues. Staff was great and when the vehicle needed a boost,the service manager and the senior technician were more than happy to take care of the situation rather quickly. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
